Join me on an exclusive ten-day vacation in Himachal Pradesh, North India.

This is a beautiful part of India, with breathtaking scenery, warm people, abundant wildlife and a fascinating, vibrant culture. The holiday takes you into the foothills of the Himalayas for sightseeing, walking, and yoga with opportunities to indulge in ayurvedic spa treatments and swimming.

Proposed itinerary:

Day 1: Transfer from Hereford (optional) to London Heathrow for overnight flight to Delhi

Day 2: In- flight from Delhi to Dharamsala. Overnight stay in hotel, Udechee Huts in Naddi Village with evening meal in hotel.

Day 3: Sightseeing and lunch in Dharamsala., the home place of the Dalai Lama. Transfer by road to the Mirage Boutique Hotel. Evening meal in hotel.

Day 4: Morning yoga. A day of relaxing. Lunch and evening meal at hotel. Sunset yoga

Day 5: Morning yoga. Breakfast, walk with picnic lunch. Sunset yoga. Evening meal in hotel.

Day 6: Morning yoga. Breakfast. Sightseeing. Lunch in a restaurant Sunset yoga. Evening meal in the hotel.

Day 7: Morning yoga. After breakfast transfer by road to Taragarh Palace Heritage Hotel, which has a swimming pool and offers ayurvedic spa treatments. A day to relax. Lunch and evening meal in hotel. . Sunset yoga

Day 8: Morning yoga. After breakfast visit to the Himalayan Research Institute for Yoga and Naturopathy. Evening meal in hotel.

Day 9: Morning yoga. Breakfast and transfer by internal flight from Dharamsala to Delhi. Lunch en route. Overnight B & B stay at the Florence Hotel in Delhi. Dinner in a restaurant.

Day 10: Transfer to Delhi airport for flight back to UK. Transfer to Hereford
