Escape and unwind for a day and enjoy relaxing and rejuvenating yoga in a new purpose built yoga studio at Dewsall Court with under floor heating and a wonderfully peaceful ambiance. There will be classes and workshops throughout the day led by your experienced host teacher, Suzanne Jevon-Hughston, with individual emphasis on developing personally in a one to ten group. It is open to all levels and abilities.

Dewsall Court is set in acres of beautiful Herefordshire countryside, a perfect place for contemplation by walking or sitting quietly in the serene gardens.

Enjoy delicious food at its very best over a leisurely lunch and indulge in a teatime treat served in style in superior surroundings.

Arrive from 09.30
10.00 to 12.00: Yoga to energise, using postures, and breathing exercises.
12.15 to 13.15: A wholesome lunch
13.30 to 14.30: A nature walk in the fresh air
14.30 to 15.00: Tea and cake
15.00 to 16.00: Yoga relaxation
