Winter Solstice Day Retreat

Winter Solstice Day Retreat

21 December 2018
The Clover Mill, Malvern

The world 'solstice' comes from the Latin solstitium meaning 'Sun stands still' because the apparent movement of the Sun's path north or south stops before changing direction. At the winter solstice, the apparent position of the Sun reaches its most southerly point against the background stars.

Treat yourself to some 'me time' to de-stress from the Christmas build up. This can be an emotional time and not always that easy for some.

We will explore moving into stillness, reflecting on space to still the mind and to help let go of held tensions. And working with a restorative practice to invite balance and harmony into our lives, I hope you will leave feeling relaxed, positive and light.

The retreat includes a freshly prepared, home cooked ayurveda lunch and refreshments.
Only 8 places. Open to all.

£70 early bird. until 10 Nov, thereafter £80.

Mid Winter Yoga Retreat

Mid Winter Residential Retreat

'That was fantastic!'

'The Bear hunt was so fun, the story, Elephants and films were perfect''

'I just wanted to say thank you for the fabulous event you put on. Due to family commitments, I was only able to come along on Friday night but I had a lovely time. Where you live is beautiful and the perfect setting for a yoga festival. Everyone I spoke to was lovely and the vibe was great. I also loved the seed flapjacks (I’d love the recipe if you have it to hand!).

Hopefully I will see you next year when I can hopefully stay for longer.' and
