Jevon Yoga - Your Own Great Adventure

Yoga holiday in India

Jevon Yoga Holidays

Since 2007, Suzanne has been offering worldwide yoga holidays to exciting destinations away from the hustle and bustle of tourism.

Having a desire for travel from an early age and discovering yoga in her early twenties, which led her to becoming a dedicated Hatha yoga teacher, the marrying of these two passions were inevitable.

There is always going to be a sense of adventure allowing you opportunities to spend time with local people in remote and exciting places, enjoying culinary delights, history and magnificent nature and wildlife, whilst enjoying daily yoga immersion.

Your stays will be in simple, clean, small hotels, sometimes traditional or heritage homes, guesthouses, homestays, farmhouses, palaces or villas.

Jevon Yoga Holidays take you on an adventure to explore yourself, along with culture, traditions, and natural beauty, beginning most days with a morning yoga practice to stretch your mind and body, followed by relaxation. and at times sightseeing trips.

These holidays have become very popular, coming together with like-minded people to reconnect, re-centre and restore body and mind while enjoying new surroundings, new people and a new you! If you are looking to stay put in five-star surroundings, these holidays are not for you. But if you fancy being taken a little out of your comfort zone, like adventure, travel and the unknown, then they may be just what you are looking for. And such experiences may help you to understand yourself, and grow spiritually, that much more.

Every holiday brings surprises and these are some of the magical experiences people have been blessed with over the years:

A chance discourse with the Dalai Lama,  being invited to a wedding in north India, and a funeral in Bali, eating freshly made pasta in Croatia in a local farmhouse, being invited into a villager’s home and served tea, having a private tour of a museum, and an organic tea plantation, wild swimming in a beautiful lake, spotting  elephants and hearing the roar of a tiger in the dark, seeing chance sightings of Asiatic lions and amazing bird life, and practicing sunset yoga in a salt desert, trekking into the foothills of the Himalayas and having a glorious beach all to yourself.
