Suzanne's Weekly Classes
Stretton Sugwas Village Hall, St John's and Westfileds are all closed until further notice so sadly classes have to be suspended.
If the weather improves, I can teach you outside! Keep an eye on the website, Instagram or my Jevon Yoga FB page for updates. As long as we keep our distance from one another, wash hands regularly and refrain from touching and being too close to one another and refrain from meeting should we feel unwell or have been in contact with anyone unwell, there is no reason why we can't continue to practice together. We simply need a venue!
Another option is to be able to offer you a virtual class. I will keep you posted.
In the meantime, practice deep breathing and pranayama to boost your immune system. Your breath is an incredible force of nature to maintain health in body and mind. Let go of your fears and practice deep abdominal breathing, full yogic breathing, alternate breathing, and count slowly, with om between the numbers, until you can manage up to the count of twelve.
Practice, practice, all is coming!

This is a gentle Hatha Yoga class with a focus on back care, suitable for all, including pregnancy. Whether you are suffering with back complaints or want to maintain a healthy strong and flexible spine, this class may help you. £6 drop-in.
18.30 to 19.30 Westfields Community Hall:
This is a 60 mins classic Hatha Yoga and meditation class offering a restorative evening practice to help unwind at the end of the day. £6 drop-in.
