Memorable yoga holidays filled with adventure

Jevon Yoga Holidays

Sicily, Italy

26 September - 03 October 2020

At the end of September the weather in Sicily is very pleasant with temperatures between 20 - 25 degC. The grapes are ready to harvest, the pool still warm and the colours of ochre and brown showing the beginnings of Autumn are beautiful.

Rise for yoga, relax and explore, walk in the eighteenth century labyrinth, or ancient woodland, enjoy wild swimming or laze by the pool, calm and meditate, and dine on excellent organic, vegetarian food lovingly prepared for you, then sleep in luxury in the beautiful 17th century farmhouse

Our yoga retreat is nestled in the heart of the Madonie mountain park, in the centre of Sicily, a few miles from Gangi – “Most beautiful village in Italy” – and about 40km from the enchanting fishermen village of Cefalù,

Can I tempt you to join me? Only ten places, one of which could be yours!  For more info get in touch.

Since 2007, Suzanne has been offering worldwide yoga holidays to exciting destinations away from the hustle and bustle of tourism. Having a desire for travel from an early age and discovering yoga in her early twenties, which led her to becoming a dedicated Hatha yoga teacher, the marrying of these two passions were inevitable.

With a maximum of only twelve people in the group, you will be given individual attention to help you develop your own yoga practice. Teachings will include asana (stretches), pranayama (breath work), mudras, meditation, mantras and philosophy. Being in a small group means you will be offered a bespoke, personal experience.
Jevon Yoga holidays are suitable for the accomplished, the novice and the curious, regardless of your age or health (Minimum age is 16 years, and regarding health, if your doctor is happy for you to go).  There is always going to be a sense of adventure allowing you opportunities to spend time with local people in remote and exciting places, enjoying culinary delights, history and magnificent nature and wildlife, whilst enjoying daily yoga immersion.

Wonderful trip. Yoga on the beach was the most memorable, trips to temples, ayurveda massages, good hotels, lovely food, good company, what more could you want. Good value for money.

Would definitely recommend to friends. Thank you Suzanne.
