Join Suzanne for a Retreat at Stretton Sugwas Village Hall (STC)) on the second Saturday of every month, restarting March 2026, Practice 90 minutes of guided yoga and meditation followed by refreshments and a super relaxing sound bath or Yoga Nidra.
On 21 June Suzanne is offering an early International Yoga Day & Solstice workshop from 7 to 9am for £25 at Stretton Sugwas. The workshop will delve into Sun Salurations along with focus on the Manipura Chakra to build confidence and inner power.
